Meet Your Coach

Hey there! I'm Amanda Kroeker, and I'm thrilled to be the founder and your coach at Sidekick Nutrition & Fitness.

First and foremost, I'm a wife and a homeschooling mom of two amazing boys. They're my biggest motivators and remind me every day of the importance of leading a healthy and balanced life.

My journey into the world of fitness began with 12 years as a gymnast, most of which was competitive. Those early experiences instilled in me a passion for pushing my physical limits and striving for excellence. After my competitive gymnastics career, I continued to share my love for the sport by coaching gymnastics.

As an adult, I transitioned into CrossFit and powerlifting, where I honed my strength and discovered a new level of determination. My desire to keep evolving led me to compete in the National Physique Committee (NPC), where I pushed myself further than I ever imagined. In 2023, I achieved a significant milestone by qualifying for Nationals, an accomplishment I'm incredibly proud of.

Along the way, I became a certified fitness nutrition coach, realizing the immense impact nutrition has on one's fitness journey. Now, I'm committed to sharing my knowledge and experience with you, helping you achieve your goals and become the healthiest version of yourself.
