Payment and Initial Assessment: After receiving your intake form, I'll contact you to arrange payment and schedule an initial assessment and goal-setting session. Access to the Coaching App: Following our initial assessment, I'll grant you access to our exclusive coaching app. This app is a central hub for our collaboration. It allows you to set and track your goals, log your meals, and even access a variety of recipes tailored to your preferences. You can also input your body weight and measurements to monitor your progress over time.
Regular Check-Ins: Our partnership doesn't end with goal setting and access to the app. Regular check-ins are a crucial part of the process. These check-ins serve as opportunities to assess your recent progress, evaluate your habits, and address any challenges you may be facing. Through these conversations, we'll make necessary adjustments to your plan to ensure you're consistently moving toward your goals.
Encouragement and Small Goals: Along the way, I'll provide continuous encouragement and support. We'll set smaller, achievable goals that contribute to your larger objectives.
